We shortlist, view and reference on a tenant's behalf, which matters most when they are moving from another city or another country and cannot be at a Tuesday-morning viewing. Every property is filmed on the day so the decision is made on evidence rather than on a floor plan.
Why choose us
We check the things a listing never mentions: the actual broadband speed at the postcode, the EPC rating, the last twelve months of bills, and whether the deposit from the previous tenancy was returned in full.
Our commitment
We are paid by the tenant, never by the landlord, and we take no fee from a letting agent. That is the only arrangement under which the shortlist can be the best available rather than the best available to us.
